History
The Synergy Syndicate can trace its foundations from old earth history. Early accounts date to Battlefields as far back as 1942 with a presence spanning millennia into 2142 and beyond. We have answered the Call of Duty on multiple fronts, and upheld both the Horde and the Alliance of the Craft Wars. Synergy has been involved since the EVE of star flight, and played a major role in JumpGate reconstruction. We still man a world of tank crews and hear the Thunder of war echo over darkened clouds. Recently, we have lent the talent of our pilots to aid in Titan conflicts on the frontier and have participated in the assault of the ancient city of Cyrodil.
The focus on family, friendship, trust and honor to each other above all else, has helped us survive and grow when other groups have withered and faded away.
Lead by our two Idris’, The Myrmidon and the Amadeus and supported by Bombers and fighters of nearly every type; Synergy will cement a lasting legacy in the Empire, tempered by our traditions of loyalty and our determination to persevere.

The Synergy Syndicate conducts itself and its business with efficiency and precision; never compromising on the tenets of survival in business or combat.

Our ranks are professionals, trained and hardened; who value the collective more than the individual.

Charter
Synergy members shall, by order of priority;
1. Defend themselves, Synergy members, assets and interests under all circumstances of threat with courage, honor and unwavering determination.
2. Serve Synergy before self; making decisions and acting at all times in the interest of the community.
3.Respect others regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or faith and act at all times with integrity; adhering to the highest ethical standards.
4. Value life, and provide aid whenever reasonably feasible.
5. Responsibly use resources; efficiently managing assets in all endeavors.
6. Seek opportunity in all situations.
7. Demonstrate professional excellence; providing fair, timely, efficient and effective service in all tasks.
8. Respect the rule of law within the given region.
9. Demonstrate courage in the face of adversity.
10. Remain forever loyal to Synergy, her ideals and her interests.
