What are the views of the Joint Business Amelioration Group?

The Joint Business Amelioration Group (JBAG) views of the verse are just as vast and awe-inspiring as the galaxy itself. JBAG intends to provide an enjoyable, friendly environment with the common goal of generating UEC by holding business dealings in every industry. JBAG intends to provide the framework for its members to successfully, and completely, fulfill their individual aspirations for playing the game while providing a high degree of fiscal support and services. JBAG strives to experience every aspect of the game, and with that in mind, we encourage citizens to join up for the many adventures that JBAG intends to have.

What is the purpose for forming this group?

Simply put: the purpose of JBAG is to make UEC and maintain a status of being one of the top financial organization in the verse. JBAG fully intends to utilize most means available to make this statement true, as long as the modes of making UEC fall within the Code of Ethics explained in the Chapter section. JBAG will pursue any and all ventures within the verse that provide a high flow of income. As the success of JBAG grows, UEC will be directly redistributed to the financial programs, its Premium members based on Rank, and the “New Citizen Outreach Programs”.

What is the motives of forming this group?

The motives of forming JBAG is to provide a stable, financially driven organization for players to invest time and UEC with a higher than average rate of return over similar organizations.

JBAG will be set up as a joint venture organization that will provide the framework for successful business dealings that fall in line with the Code of Ethics. This business model will allow JBAG to easily network with organizations and individuals while coming to a financial agreement more easily than other organization models. Due to this important distinction JBAG will be able to provide varying services based on the clienteles needs.

How does membership work in JBAG?

JBAG will be exercising a two tiered membership system. These tiers will be distinguished between Premium membership and Endorsed membership. Premium membership can be obtained by making JBAG your primary organization, as well as, paying a corporate tax*. Premium members will gain access to the Rank system which will further allow the member to gain more financial tools and services offered by JBAG. Please see the Chapter section for more information on the Premium membership and Rank system.

Endorsed membership is for all other citizens that wish to remain affiliated with JBAG as defined by the Organization settings on the CIG forums. Endorsed status comes with an alternate set of rules and varying services which will be further explained in the Chapter section.

*Corporate tax functionality will be explored more once the mechanic is released by CIG.

Premium Membership (Rank 1-5) – Citizens that have JBAG as their Main Org.

All Premium memberships are accompanied with a monthly membership fee (TBD after economy and game mechanics are released). The following is a breakdown of Ranks 1-5 within the Joint Business Amelioration Group (JBAG) that qualify for Premium Membership:

• Intern (Rank 1) – Casual*/ New Member

• Junior Analyst (Rank 2) – Highest Casual Membership Rank

• Associate (Rank 3) – Regular** Membership

• Partner (Rank 4) – Regular/ Hardcore*** Membership

• Director (Rank 5) – Hardcore Membership Only

Planned services provided to Premium Membership: (pending game-mechanic release)

The following services will be provided to Premium members based on their current rank within JBAG.

• Ship rental service
• Investment services
• Mentoring
• Industry specific consultation
• Reduced travel cost with JBAG and affiliated corporations (Fuel, personal transport, cargo transport, etc.)
• Reduced fee on all Clientele services set at the members discount range.
• Additional services (when game mechanics are released the board may add or change services)

Endorsed Membership (Rank 0) – Citizens that have JBAG as their Affiliated Org.

Endorsed members will receive a different set of services provided, discounts, and missions provided

Clientele: (All information about clientele is pending mechanics release, and is subject to change)

• Client – Non-members who wish to utilize JBAG services.

• Approved Client – Returning clientele in good standing. In order to obtain this the client must have prior business dealings with JBAG. Premium membership with JBAG will automatically have Approved Client status.

• Signature Client – Clientele that have spent a significant amount of time and UEC with JBAG and have built a quality reputation with the organization may receive this clientele ranking. All JBAG members obtaining the Partner and Director Rankings will receive Signature Client privileges.

Planned services provided to Clientele:

• Financial investment holdings in Clientele specified industries
• Industry consultation and forecasting
• Information gathering at clientele request
• Mission set-up, consultation, and/ or execution
• Personal and/ or cargo transportation
• Item/ merchandise acquisition and/or delivery
• Loan services
• Debt consolidation services, and/ or collection (Bounty)
• New citizen training and support
• Additional Service TBD once more mechanics are revealed

***Hardcore: Players who are online 4+ days a week; adhere to the “Hardcore Rules”
