History

The Kinsworn Hunters are coming to Star Citizen and will be scouting out many new recruits to join us in our multi-platform gaming family!

The unit was originally formed as “The Hunterz” and was actively involved in MechWarrior2 and continued to play MechWarrior3 and MechWarrior4 through the MSN Gaming Zone until the servers were closed.

Our guild has been around for about 20 years and counting. Our strong policies and commitment to finding high quality people has lead to a diverse group of great people and talented players that are capable of having a good time and kicking ass wherever they go.

Part of the reason our guild has lasted so long is our strong and capable leadership. Our guild leader today was the original founder and creator of the guild. He and his officers make themselves available for contact at all times to assist members any way they can, contributing to the quick stifling of any drama or discontent that may arise within the unit. Their commitment shows their dedication to the guild and what it stands for, and most members that rise past recruitment find themselves with the guild for many years or forever. Turn-over is very low as we look for members interested in making this the last guild they ever join.

The Kinsworn Hunters are easily the definition of an RP-PvP guild. We have a very well-developed story and enforce certain physical protocol as each game permits. We are who we are for a reason, and trend toward intellectual members that can uphold who the Kinsworn Hunters are and what they represent. Per our history, we are merchants and fighters. Kinsworn Hunters go into combat with great skill and coordination. We strive for true challenges, fair fights, and back each other up when needed to even the odds. Our competitive nature has pit us against other guilds and clans in the past, and often our strong structure and quick response to each other leads us to victory.

Our guild is more about our players than who pulls what numbers or gets which loot item. We are all about playing games because they are fun and we have fun in them together. Skills get you so far in the game, but personality makes us want to play and communicate with each other in other games and beyond. The Kinsworn Hunters network stretches across a variety of PC games – of several genres such as FPSs and MMORPGs – to the Playstation network and XBOX live communities.

We have constant communication via Discord and a well-developed and active website with a forum.

If any of the information about the guild mentioned above perks your interest, or if you just have questions and want to find out more, I STRONGLY recommend visiting our website:

Please go to “Tutorials”, found on the list to the Left, and read all the topics listed there.

We recruit and evaluate all players before finalizing any decisions.

Manifesto

The Kiith-Sa Hunter strives to be the best possible in all areas of interest to the unit. Dedication and teamwork allow us to climb over the bodies of our fallen enemies and grab hold of bloody victory.

This unit will act as a band of Mercenaries. We will utilize our strengths and get paid well for them. Be it through piracy or bounty hunting we will strive to make the unit strong and it’s members rich with glory and credits.

Charter

The following are some of the core foundations of the unit.

Eye for an Eye: Individuals may find the Kiith-Sa harsh at times, but we will not go out of our way to harm another who has not warranted some form of reprisal. If someone mistreats a Hunter expect the same in kind, yet if someone is kind to a Hunter that individual should expect the act reciprocated. An eye for any eyes speaks for itself plainly, and the Kiith-Sa holds to this policy quite firmly.
  • Point: Do as little to no harm as possible, or face the consequences of your action.
Community: No two humans are alike, and as such everyone should understand problems will arise, but that does not mean the Kiith-Sa are not above working out our differences for the betterment of everyone, and not just someone. The guild exists to support one another in the hopes of camaraderie being born and a culture flourishing; but individuals who are self-righteous, fallacious, puerile, or fascist may find we aren’t the ideal guild for them. The Kiith-Sa is here for fun—whatever form it may take.
  • Point: Interaction is an integral part of the Kiith-Sa community, so talk with one another.
Honesty: All members should be honest, as it is the best policy, and if you make a mistake admit it. The guild as a whole will respect individuals more for making a mistake and admitting to it, rather than denying that mistake to maintain some unwritten or unspoken reputation.
  • Point: Tell the truth and nothing but the truth.
Enjoyment: The Kiith-Sa exist for this very reason, but we don’t have fun just for the sake of it, and should a fellow Kiith ask a member to stop an action—which is actually expected from members—-they should cease that action immediately if that person is actually causing some form of harm.
  • Point: Everyone is expected to act like a mature adult in their dealings with guild members, allies, and affiliates; but don’t skew situations to meet personal ethics and beliefs, or blow things out of apportion.
