Tao'nuasao Lii" se Kr.ē was the Emperor of the Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an) from MXY III.715 to III.926 (SEY 2372 - 2643), and is the second to last Emperor of the Third Imperial Age. Aunt of the current Emperor T.uēng se Kr.ē, she was known for ordering the fast buildup of Xi'an military resources along the Perry Line. She held a staunch anti-Human stance based on the events surrounding Xi'an-Human First Contact, and refused to share intelligence about the expanse of the Xi'an Empire after the United Planets of Earth (UPE) made repeated overtures threatening military action.
