Ziost Prime / MANDALORE

* Created in 2792 by the defector UEE squadron ship captain Charles E. Ziost after the brutal terraforming made in the system Garron. While he was a brilliant Lieutenant just graduate in 2785 from the famous UEE pilot academy of Earth, Ziost was very septic about the Messer family policies and especially the imperator Lington MesserXI himself. Also, his animosity against the dictatorial military regime of UEE start at the academy. In particular during courses that he judges disconnected of the reality with too much brutal actions in favor of a militarism propaganda leading to aggression and confrontation instead of strategic collegial decisions taken before any operation.

• In reply to Vanduul surprise attack on Crion in the Caliban system in 2789, the 88th Squadron, already in the system, received the order to maintain position and protect the system. Ziost, young lieutenant recently affected in the 88th Squadron, lived here his first battle flight against a Vanduul fleet. Zealous soldier, Ziost was not slow to show his bravery in the fearless defense of the battle cruiser Dominion during the first hours of the battle. Thus, with his light fighter squadron he didn’t hesitate to engage his force against four times more vanduul enemies. It was his heroism and his exceptional tactical capacities, which allowed to safe this major battle cruiser of the squadron and let on enough time for the UEE force to regrouped for a desperate strike back.After the first day of conflict, Ziost was hailed for his courage and won very quickly the sympathy of his men on his command. But it is during the massive Vanduul raid on Boro city on the surface of Crion, that Ziost was in total disagree with the orders of his direct superior the Lt. commander Nick Geris. Thus, while the Vanduul attack was heading towards civilian area, the 88th squadron Lt. commander, Nick Geris, more concerned of this own interests, decided to adopt a defense plan of Boro and the Crion surface, in total opposition of orders from his superior, the commander Randall, chief of the 88th squadron, who was commanding the fleet in orbit. Thus followed the Randall orders, the 88th squadron space force engaged the vanduul fleet to give enough time of the forces on surface to evacuate civilians. It is in this way that, Geris with some troops, were sended by Randall to organise and protect the withdrawal of Boro and the whole planet. But Geris, To everyone’s complete surprise ordered to Ziost’s troops to protect the research center of Vistar Mechanicals, which was of great strategic value of the UEE. Refusing to execute the order, Ziost and his group of star marines and pilots, decided to help Crion security Legion which was completely submerged by the Vanduuls and thus participate of evacuation of the civilians. While the 88th squadron fleet in orbit of Crion was almost destroyed, Ziost and some of his brothers in arms were able to excape. Unfortunately, Nick Geris who was defend the Vistar complex survived too and brought it back lot of the precious equipment to the UEE army. Since he was the the most graded officer who survive from the 88th squadron, the UEE navy high command had been rapidly trust the false charges of Geris (who became Commander) accusing Ziost of insubordination. Knowing that they were risking the martial court for insubordination act, Ziost and his brothers in arms, deserted the UEE Navy and switch over to illegality. It was three long years of different action as illegal bounty hunter and mercenary for Ziost and his followers.
• Ziost was shocked by UEE brutal terraforming abuse made in the system Garron, resulting in an eradication of the majority of Garron II alien species. At that time, for him, his convictions were to preserved life at any price. Thus, he decided to create with old defectors of the UEE army, the para military group of Ziost Prime. The ZP federation for freedom and against tyranny was constituted and a military operation on the government centers in Terra was decided. ZP force participated with other groups, civilian as well as mercenary, to the putsch on Terra to overthrow the dictatorial regime of Messer family. Ziost with other rebel chiefs was present with Erin Toi during the capture of the imperator Lington Messer XI, ending two centuries of dictature of the Messer Bloodline.
• After the civil war, Charles Ziost, officially created the Ziost Prime paramilitary force and wrote the ZP charter which all Ziost prime member must respect. The ZP group has a function to serve all star citizen as security special force in respect of the ZP charter code. Whether it is as mercenary, bounty hunter or to protect transfer of precious goods, Ziost Prime Riots are here to serve and defense. Today in 2945, our organization dogma is to protect global interest as well as that of our customers in memory and respect of our guide and mentor Charles E Ziost.
