Knight of the Nova Loch
History
Founded by the ideals of the knights of old. the Nova Loch is an ideal very a kin to the code of chivalry that the knights of Earth used.
the Nova represents the bright stars of space and the over all goodness that resides within us all. the Loch, taken from the great lakes and seas of Earth represents space in its purest form and the empy darkness that is whithin all beings.
the Rite of the Nova Loch ( which is when initiates remove there helmet in outerspace near a star and attempt to draw in a single breath, the brothers of the loch then place his helmet back on the initiates head and pull him to saftey ) is representing the idea that there is both light and dark in everything, the single breath signifys the choice of each person to choose which side of them to act on. whilse facing twoard the sun signifys choosing the light. the placing of his helmet signifys brotherhood and devotion that the brothers of the loch share. and finaly the pulling to safty signifys the protection that the Order of the Nova Loch has for all in need.this orginization is founded and based upon the principals of true goodness, to help all those who are in need and to always offer succour to those who truley need itn, to defend all those who cannot defend themselves and to bring justice to the best of their ability to all those who cry out for it.
Manifesto
Follow the code of Chivalry, obey the Rite of the Nova Loch, defend all those weaker than yourself, give succour to those in need, live by honour and for glory, refrain from wanton giving of offence, fight for the welfar of all, question all that is unjust, guard your brothers of the Loch, end all tyrany, never run in the face of adversity and never turn your back on those in need.
Charter
the brothers of the Nova Loch swear to be loyal to the brotherhood, kind and just to all, defend all those who cannot defend themselves and to bring justice to the best of their ability to all those who cry out for it, to question all things that seem unjust or unfair and to only draw their swords when the circumstances call for it. in short the knights of the Nova Loch show valor and courage when no other will, defend the weak and answer all challenges .
