Governor Leo Raymond of Colony 1 on Noble was responsible for ushering prospectors into the Ellis system, creating a safe environment for new colonists to settle on the wild planet. Leo ventured into developing an organization of people dedicated to helping new colonists make their homes on distant worlds. For three generations the Raymond Aerospace Outfit has helped dozens of new settlements make their homes in the far reaches of the Milky Way. RAO’s head office on Noble is currently owned and operated by successor Captain Erik Raymond, the organization has expanded into many departments including licensed planet surveying, colonization aide and logistics, small scale terraforming, deep space exploration and reclamation. Over the years RAO has brokered defense contracts with well renowned security corporations, making logistics and settlement more secure than ever before.
