History

Manifesto

Main org departments

Council:- The ruling body of the org

Leader of each department have a seat on the council to speak for their department in global org matters.

Military:- The sword and shield of the council and all depratments

-Fleet – Military ships deployment, patrols, escorts, etc.
-Marines – Ground and Stations deployment, train guards, etc.
-Exploration – Explore and make area safe to hand off area to science or logistics.
-Intelligence Division – Infiltration, Intel Gathering, Sabotage, Assasinations, etc.

Trade & Logistics:- The life blood between departments

-Transport of goods internally
-Mining and Refining
-Repair – mechanic training, reapair yard
-Main Store of Goods
-Legal Trade
-Fencing Stolen Goods

Science:- Keeps everyone alive and looks to the future

-Research – Medical Augmentation, New Tech, New life forms, etc…
-Medical – Medic training, main medical facility
-Farming – food, medical supplies, etc..
-Advanced Engineering (tuning modules for ships etc..)

Pirvateer:- Gets what we need, just dont ask how

-Getting loot from criminals for logistics to store, reuse, scrap or sell
-Getting oppertunity bounties (higher risk bounties can be sent to military)
-Comendeering pirate ships for logistics to store, redistribute to the org or srcap for parts etc…
-Finding outside contracts for military/themselves
-Getting outside contracts to retrive goods for an agreed price.

Diplomacy:- Keepers of the peace inside and with other orgs

-Ambassitors to other orgs
-Mediators for small disputes if needed

Economy

All proceeds from org activities going to a central account that is then used to pay for the ships, insurance, and other expenses including but limited too basic equipment that men get issued for duty and salaries for the all so they wont have to pay a tax, only acquire wealth for the whole org to prosper.

citizens get a salary based on their role and responsibilities (officers get more than troops for example) and department heads get a budget to spend. Anything taken from org raids can either be put as stock for later distribution as needed or sold for money into the main org account.
Once the Org account is showing steady growth then ALL the salaries can go up by a set % inline with the growth of org income. There are bonuses available as well that are set and managed buy each department head.

Charter

Member Rules and regulations.

(1) Members must abide by the rules set forward by the council.

(2) Members are required to have Blood Corps set as main Org, must have their affiliates visible at first to show the affiliation upon approved from the staff. Afterwards affiliations can be set back to what they were, any new affiliations or changes have to be reported to a council member.

(3) Members are expected to use the chain of command set forward in their respective department.

(4) Forwarding of sensitive information, intended for internal use only, to third parties,
non-members or non-councilors is prohibited and leads to exclusion from the organization or the council.

(5) Member complaints and concerns are to be passed to the next person up in the chain of command in their respective department.

(6) show respect to fellow org members.

Chat Rules

(1) Please use English where ever possible unless something is needed to be described for clairty in another language.

(2) No racial, sexuality, religous offencive comments or sexism.
(2a) Intentional bullying will not be tolerated.

(3) Lounge Channel is for general chat.

(4) Department channels are for department relevant discussion only and requests sent to the department.

(5) All org wide matters including but not limmed too structure, economy and rules
should be discussed in the council channel only.

(6) Failure to abide by the rules and ignoring warnings could lead to being kicked or banned depending on severity of the offence.
