Joint Space Operations Command- SOCOM / SOCOM

Joint Space Operations Command is now actively recruiting ground operators and pilots that are highly motivated, highly dedicated with strong moral character and a never-quit attitude. Candidates must be willing to train hard, work hard to improve their skills, and be a complete team player, always putting the mission first. The words “I “ and “me” have no place in the teams. But above all, you must have a high desire to have fun. Selected candidates must first pass an assessment and selection interview before being appointed to a team/flight. Successful candidates will then enter a 2-month indoctrination process, where the candidate will take part in operations both training and real world. The candidate will be trained in JSOC TTP’s and SOP’S, while the entire time being evaluated by JSOC senior leadership, for mental makeup and maturity level. After successful completion of indoc, the candidate then becomes a full-fledged member of JSOC. FPS and flight sim experience is preferred but not necessary to apply. Female operator/pilots are highly encouraged to apply.

Honor:
This is the bedrock of our character. It is the quality that empowers Joint Space Operations Command to exemplify the ultimate in ethical and moral behavior: to never lie, cheat, or steal; to abide by an uncompromising code of integrity; to respect human dignity and to have respect and concern for each other. The warrior ethos:
Is a code of conduct that embodies a life where integrity, loyalty, honor, and selflessness, and courage are one’s guide. Starting thousands of years ago with the hunters, these concepts evolved into the warrior societies where protection for the tribe was best achieved as a group working together. The rudimentary laws arising from the successful tribes evolved into the warrior ethos practiced by the Spartans and others where courage, cooperation, and acknowledging the strength of the group over that of the individual, enabled the tribe or the nation to survive.

Joint Space Operations Command is a military role-play organization for serious-minded, mature and seasoned milsim players. We have our roots in the Arma 3 community and will be dedicated to the protection of our colonies in space. We are a milsim unit but will be attempting to accommodate all play styles (except for pirates and smugglers). So for the non-combat types out there, we will have a home for you as well.
