After a Vanduul raid over their home planet a group of pilots decided to create a civil defense unit to hunt and eliminate public threats.
Leading by a young and ambitious spirit the organisation accomplished many skirmishes over criminal groups around the Verse.
They extended their activities to exploration some years later.
