History
In the 26th year of the Reign of the Judges, the Stripling Warriors’ band of 2000 souls travelled to the western part of the territories of the Nephites and there joined the existing Nephite forces. There the previously-untested warriors played a pivotal role in some crucial Nephite victories. Although two of the battles they participated in were particularly bloody, the Stripling Warriors received divine preservation and did not incur a single fatality. As a result of those victories, the Nephites regained possession of all of the western territories which had been taken by the Lamanites.
Manifesto
The Stripling Warriors is an organization that is devoted to the protection of those who cannot protect themselves, and the training of those new to being a Star Citizen. Our intent is to help new souls learn enough to be capable citizens in order that they may either join a different organization more suited to their long-term goals, or to in-turn assist others in learning the skills they have learned by remaining a Stripling Warrior. We will, of course, work closely with several other organizations, and all members are free to join or leave at any time. We always maintain a family-friendly atmosphere and certain level of professionalism while still having fun helping people learn and become better Star Citizens. i.e. we’re a “newbie-training guild”
Charter
Although technically we have 13 Articles of Faith, and a bunch of Commandments, we have only a few rules:
- Only be here if you want to help or want to be helped
- No cursing/swearing allowed; Stripling Warriors is a ‘Child and Family Friendly’ organization
- Be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent… well some of those anyway.
- But most of all… have fun!
